JE: “Main Beach is arguably the Gold Coast's most luxurious residential area for beachfront living. It's almost like an island suburb. If you look at it on a map, it’s distinctly divided from Surfers Paradise by Narrowneck, and then it extends all the way up to The Spit. The State Government’s priority development area will soon include new superyacht marinas, multiple five-star hotels, and a boardwalk connecting them.”
JE: "The term “absolute beachfront” is thrown around pretty loosely. Other places have a road, car park, or public footpath in front of them, and then the beach. Le Rêve is actually on the beach. Here, you step out your back door, and you’re on the sand. Suddenly, you’re on a beach that feels like a secluded, idyllic South Pacific location."
JE: "You’re close to some of the finest restaurants and bars where you can get the best seafood, cocktails and coffee. There’s Tedder Avenue, which is a beautiful village. It’s a quaint little street with everything that you need. It’s iconic, and it’s unlike anything else on the Gold Coast, which is typically more touristy. This feels like a real community."
